What We Do
Our club provides a fun, stimulating and positive environment for people with mild to moderate dementia.
About the club
Our 3 hour groups incorporate Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) with fun activities and discussions, whilst providing carers and loved ones with a much needed break, where they can relax knowing that their loved one is in a safe environment.
A maximum of 8 people per club
To make this club as effective as possible, we have limited the numbers to achieve a small fun and friendly group where everyone’s views are appreciated and encouraged.
A social club to meet new friends
The club facilitates a range of activities, and allows members to be social. Whether they want to have a chat, reminisce, offer support to other members, or engage in light activities, we do it all!

- We also offer 1 hour C.S.T sessions at care-home settings.
Please note:
All places for the CST courses and circle dancing are booked in advance and are not drop ins. This is because they have limited spaces. Our carer groups at Cowplain and Bridemary are both drop ins.
